8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns will be accepted only in cases of:

• Incorrect items delivered

• Products must be unused and returned in original packaging

• Requests must be raised within a specified time — 48 of delivery. Photo of the defective or incorrect items need to be sent on our WhatsApp before return shipment is accepted.

Custom and bulk orders may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
