Cancelation, Return and Shipping Policy

At My Stitch Mart, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

a. Standard Orders (Ready Stock Products)
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

b. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
• Bulk orders may only be cancelled before order processing begins
• Once processing or packing has started, cancellation may not be allowed

c. Custom Orders
• Orders for customized products (e.g., special sizes, colors, branded trims, labels, etc.) cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable

Refund for Cancelled Orders:
 • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of garment accessories and trims, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

a. Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement
• Defective or damaged product
 • Incorrect item delivered

b. Conditions for Returns
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Products must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Proof (images/videos) may be required for verification

c. Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Bulk/wholesale orders (unless defective)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Clearance or discounted items (if specified as non-returnable)

d. Return Process
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with order details
2. Share images/videos of the issue
3. Upon approval, we will arrange return pickup or provide return instructions
4. Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection

e. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
 • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

• Orders are typically processed within 1–7 working days
• Bulk or custom orders may take longer depending on specifications 

b. Delivery Timelines
• Standard delivery: 3–7 working days across India
• Delivery timelines may vary based on:
• Location
• Courier partner
• Order size

c. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions

d. Tracking
 • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email/WhatsApp

4. Delivery & Risk

• Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package

If the package appears damaged at delivery:
• Do not accept it, or
 • Record a video and inform us immediately

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
• Courier issues
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

We are not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

6. Important Notes for Buyers

• Minor variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to manufacturing and screen differences
• Please review product specifications carefully before ordering
 • For bulk orders, we recommend sampling before final purchase
